Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AdamX Copilots ("Service", "AdamX", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use AdamX on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
1. Service Overview
AdamX Copilots helps you create AI-powered voice and chat assistants that respond using the knowledge sources you provide (such as policies, support content, and internal help material). Features may include copilots, installations, usage tracking, and related tools.
We may improve or update the Service over time to enhance performance, security, and user experience.
2. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity that happens under your account
- Making sure your team members follow these Terms
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused or violates these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly), unless stated otherwise. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and add-ons.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Plan and pricing changes: We may update pricing or plan limits. If changes affect you, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
4. Usage Limits
Your plan may include limits such as:
- Voice minutes
- Knowledge sources
- Installations/API keys
Usage resets each billing period unless stated otherwise. Unused allowances do not roll over unless explicitly mentioned.
If you exceed plan limits, you may need to upgrade, purchase additional usage, or wait until the next billing cycle. We may apply fair-use controls to protect service quality and prevent abuse.
5. Customer Content Ownership & Responsibility
You own the content you upload, connect, or provide to the Service ("Customer Content").
By using AdamX Copilots, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Customer Content only to operate and deliver the Service.
You are responsible for Customer Content, including:
- Accuracy and suitability
- Legality and compliance with applicable laws
- Having the rights and permissions to use and upload it
- Ensuring it does not contain data you are not allowed to share
AdamX is not responsible for the nature of Customer Content uploaded to the platform or any outcomes caused by that content.
6. AI Responses & Accuracy
Important: We work hard to keep responses helpful and accurate, but AI can sometimes be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected.
You agree that:
- Outputs are provided as-is and may contain errors
- You should review important answers before relying on them
- You should not use the Service as a replacement for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.) without human review
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break laws or violate third-party rights
- Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or spread malware
- Harass, abuse, impersonate, or commit fraud
- Generate or distribute inappropriate, harmful, illegal, or abusive content (including harassment, hate, violence, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors)
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
8. Service Availability & Credits
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but occasional downtime may happen due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events outside our control.
If we experience significant service disruption, we will make it right by providing service credits, such as:
- Extra minutes
- Subscription extension
Cash refunds are not offered for service interruptions.
9. Termination & Suspension
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your usage creates security, legal, or operational risk
- Payments fail or chargebacks occur
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data retention and deletion are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Liability Limit & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AdamX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or lost data).
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to AdamX for the Service in the 30 days before the event that caused the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
