B) Customer Content (What You Provide)

We collect content you upload or connect to the Service ("Customer Content"), such as:

• Policies, knowledge base content, help articles, internal documentation
• Text and files you choose to provide to power your copilot
• Configuration settings for copilots and installations

C) Conversations & Messages

We process messages submitted to your copilot (including chat queries) to generate responses and operate the Service.

D) Voice Inputs (If Voice Is Enabled)

• If you enable voice features, we process voice inputs to generate responses
• We do not store customer voice recordings by default
• Voice data may be held temporarily only as needed to provide the Service, protect security, or troubleshoot issues, and is automatically deleted on a regular schedule

E) Usage & Technical Data

• Usage metrics (minutes used, calls count, installations, feature usage)
• Device and browser details, IP address, logs, performance diagnostics
• Error reports and security-related events

F) Payment Information

Payments are handled by trusted payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. We may store billing status, plan, and invoice identifiers.

• Improve performance, reliability, and product experience

Deleting content: If you delete Customer Content from your dashboard, we remove it from active systems. Some limited information may remain temporarily in backups or logs for security, compliance, or troubleshooting, and is automatically deleted on a regular schedule.
